Default

The manager used by NVMathNet.DeviceBuffer`1 constructors that do not take an explicit manager. Defaults to NVMathNet.Memory.CudaMallocMemoryManager.Instance. A buffer remembers the manager it was allocated from, so changing this never affects existing buffers.
