StartForwardings
Start the destination's LocalForward, RemoteForward and DynamicForward forwardings once connected, as ssh does
(see LocalForwardings and its siblings). Off by default: forwardings open listening ports, which a library
should not do unasked. GatewayPorts, ExitOnForwardFailure and ClearAllForwardings apply.
