Verify(SshSignature, string, ReadOnlySpan<byte>, string, DateTimeOffset?)

Whether signature is a valid signature over message, for namespace, by a key this file allows to sign as principal at time (now by default), as ssh-keygen -Y verify -I principal -n namespace checks.
