OperationTimeout

How long the server may take to answer before the operation fails with an IOException (default 60 seconds; InfiniteTimeSpan for no limit). For a request it bounds the answer; for a whole-file read, write, copy or append it bounds the time without progress, so a large file over a slow link is not cut off. A server-side copy (copy-data) reports no progress and has no limit.
